Each player and coach on the bench must have an ECNL/US Club Passcard, which is now in digital format.
U13-U18/U19: Substitution limitations - review the ECNL rules
U10-U12: Unlimited Substitutions
GAME LENGTH section 3.18:
Review the rules as some age groups play different times than most other leagues
Referees shall provide appropriate stoppage time in every game
Referees should arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to scheduled kick off time.
The home team is responsible for payment. Pre-ECNL matches each team pays half of the total referee fee.
Head Injury section 3.9.1:
Referees should be aware of the temporary substitution rules for any player suspected of suffering a head injury.
Red Cards:
The referee reports all red cards with corresponding documentation immediately following the game to schedule@theecnl.com. The report should include age group, teams, player(s) sent off, the offense, and referee’s name, email and phone number. Referees should not keep player passes for players that are sent off, they should be returned to the team manager.

OT Rules for post season are:
Two 10-minute OT periods played to completion.
Only players on the field during OT can take PKs.
OT period is treated as a new half for substitutions.
